Larry Johnson is an accomplished leader in global industry strategy and advisory with extensive experience in AI, Web3, and digital transformation. Formally the Global Senior Director of GTM Strategy & Innovation at Oracle, Larry helped drive revenue growth through enterprise cloud innovation and AI/ML-driven SaaS solutions. Larry led Oracle's global M&E Industry Strategy Council and spearheaded initiatives in media, entertainment, and telecommunications.
Larry also serves as a Council Member on the Global Future Council on Media, Entertainment, and Sports at the World Economic Forum, where he advances industry sustainability and inclusivity. His expertise spans a wide array of domains, including strategic partnership development, digital customer experience, and cross-functional team leadership. Larry's previous roles include Executive Partner at Verizon, where he focused on business innovation and digital experience, and advisory positions at various high-profile conferences. At Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services (formally, EDS) Larry was a senior business development and pursuit leader, focusing on large multi-million dollar digital transformation services specializing in consulting, application development and modernization, business process and managed services.
Larry holds a Master’s Degree from UCLA School of Film, Television & Digital Media and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Biola University.
