Leadership Model Training Guide

Duration: 1 Hour

Audience: Corporate Leaders, Team Managers, Supervisors

1. Session Overview:

This one-hour session introduces participants to the Leadership Model, which emphasizes the importance of building high-performing teams through trust, feedback, commitment, accountability, and attention to results. The model provides a practical framework for leaders to strengthen team dynamics and achieve sustainable results, while balancing Functional Ownership and leveraging Forcing Functions to drive accountability.

  • Understand the core elements of the Leadership Model: Trust, Feedback, Commitment, Accountability, Attention to Results, Functional Ownership, and Forcing Functions.
  • Learn how to apply these elements to improve team performance and collaboration.
  • Develop actionable strategies to implement the model, specifically using Functional Ownership and Forcing Functions, in a real-world leadership context.

  • Trust: The foundation for team dynamics, built through transparent communication, consistency, and respect.
  • Feedback: Constructive and timely communication to align team goals and individual performance.

  • 0:15 - 0:30 | Case Study Discussion: Review a case study on team challenges (e.g., the delayed product launch scenario). Group discussion to analyze how the model, including Forcing Functions and Functional Ownership, applies.
